Eat often. Best and easiest diet tip is to eat often; when you eat 5-6 small meals you will lose weight quickly. This is because your body takes in all the nutrients and does not store anything as fat.So when you eat many small meals feel you do not you go hungry, and this is the biggest key to lose weight fast!
Try to find good clean snacks to eat.(nuts, fruit, veggies, etc.)Make sure you get good, pure protein in your diet (this help increase lean muscle and decrease fat!)And try to limit your carb intake.Eat carbs in the morning and not at night!
